Howdy out there! So good to see you! Welcome to my little author corner of Amazon.

I love writing tales about quirky people. Most of them are just plain folks. The small towns I've lived in have been a good source of material. Although I lived in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin for years, I'm a small-town gal at heart.

Things in the world are tough enough these days and the bad guys don't always get their comeuppance. Writing is hard work, but if one of my stories distracts you from your problems for even just an hour, then it's all worth it to me.

These days, I mostly write short stories although I do have a novel and a few novellas out there. I'm the author of the "Nameless, Texas" mystery series, a set of mostly short stories featuring a mess of rowdy characters. I've also won awards for my comedy stage plays written for young people. These days, though, given the state of things, I'm writing a bit darker and have also added some weird Westerns and spooky stories to the mix. But it's all fun.
