Thomas Roulet

Thomas Roulet is the Professor of Organisational Sociology and Leadership at the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School & King's College). He holds a PhD from HEC Paris and has been affiliated and taught in a variety of universities including Oxford, SciencesPo Paris, or Columbia University.

His work focuses on negative social evaluations (stigma, scandal, controversies), wellbeing, institutions and stakeholder relationships and has been published in a range of top academic and practitioner journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, and the MIT Sloan Management Review.

In 2020, he has been recognized as one of the 40 under 40 Business school professors by Poets and Quants, and a Business school professor to look for by BusinessBecause.
