When not writing, Tracy works as a mental health therapist for adults with concerns such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.

Born and raised in West Virginia, Tracy now lives in Virginia with her family and two dogs, Lila and Leonard, and spends far too much time lost in her daydreams.
