I was born in 1945 in San Francisco, California. I am an expat living in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico with my wife, and I am a Vietnam Era veteran and former computer programmer. I began writing poetry in 1972, and I read my rather obscure poetical exercises in San Francisco Hippie coffee houses on week ends. I have had more than 200 poems, articles, short stories and reviews published in many languages and in many places. I am currently retired, but, as a volunteer, I have found time to be active in the International Society for Philosophical Enquiry, and I am also a former editor of the society's journal, Telicom. I am now the Vice President of ISPE and the Foreign Language Editor as well as the Poetry and Prose Editor for Telicom. In addition I am an active
member of the Prometheus Society and have been writing a regular monthly column on "intelligence" in the Mensa International Journal since May of 2007. "Concepts Of Intelligence" is my first book. Concepts of Intelligence has been translated into Spanish, under the title of "Conceptos de Inteligencia" , and soon into Portuguese.
My latest book, principally a bilingual creation, will be available as of March 1, 2013. Motley Mumbling, Romance Poetry and Prose is a oompilation of poetry and prose which I have written oover the last 30 some-odd years. Motley Mumbling is 100% in English and nearly that in Spanish. For those of you who are not familiar with Spanish, there are several poems in French and Portuguese.
