I was born in 1928 spending my early years in Waynoka a small town in northwest Oklahoma where I attended grade and high school. I excelled little in most studies but the arts seemed to come natural. Encouraged by my dearest Mother and a Teacher of whom I will never forget, I began writing at fourteen but laid it aside when I learned of and became interested in girls. With that encouragement I excelled in Drama. After graduating I moved to Tulsa Ok where I began my career and met the girl who became my wife. Subsequently I quit an exceptionally high paying position with a huge retail store to move to Wichita Ks where I courted and married the finest lady in the world.

We are married fifty five (June 2011) years and are blessed with four fine sons. I have spent some 60 years in several business and entreprenueal endeavors of which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Upon my retirement I returned to my love of writing once again. I continue writing and at the time of my retirement I picked up at the fourth chapter of the first story I had begun at fourteen years old, writing by hand in my father's retail store. Since the time of my retirement I have written seven children books, four fictional manuscripts, hundreds of poems, short stories etc. As of July '09 my first publication hit the streets and to the date of April 1, 2011 I have sold near 1200 copies of "The Chains of St. Peter" ISBN 9781606966976.
