Kirk E ranzetta

Originally from Demarest, New Jersey, Dr. Kirk Ranzetta worked under contract from the Maryland Historical Trust and St. Mary's County from 1996-2002. He received his B.A. in Historic Preservation from Mary Washington College and subsequently received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the University of Delaware. His dissertation on the Maryland Tobacco Buyout was awarded the Marvin Sussman Prize. Dr. Ranzetta is currently a Senior Architectural Historian for AECOM and Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Oregon. Residing in Portland, Oregon, he is married with two sons.
