Patrick Ehrmann

Patrick Ehrmann, born in 1985, has been passionate about martial arts and self-protection since childhood. As the founder of VD-Kampfkunst Academy and a trained personal protection specialist, he has worked with over 4,000 people in trainings, seminars and courses – including more than 1,200 drivers of the Cologne Public Transport Authority.

His books cover practical knowledge on martial arts, violence prevention and self-protection – for trainers, educators and anyone who wants to protect themselves and others. His works range from guides for trainers working with children to his latest book "NOT TODAY", aimed at anyone who wants to become more aware and safer in everyday life.
