Michael Huffman

Michael Huffman is a Paris-based memoirist, wellness travel advisor, and the voice behind The Zen Guy. A Cincinnati-born adoptee who spent thirty years in corporate auditing across three continents, he traded spreadsheets for storytelling and now helps fellow anglophones navigate the adventure of relocating to France. Known as TheZenGuy1 on Instagram, he creates wellness-focused travel guides for destinations from the 10th arrondissement to Ubud, Bali. He holds two names — Christopher to his biological family, Michael to his adopted one — and considers that duality the origin story of everything he writes. Searching for Zinnias is his debut memoir.
