Dr. Carl Eugene Moore is a Professor of Healthcare Administration, applied health researcher, instructional designer, and writer whose work examines healthcare quality, ambulatory primary care, health information technology, chronic disease management, and organizational performance. He holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration, an MBA in Healthcare Management, an MBA in Accounting & Finance, and an MFA in Creative Writing.

His professional experience spans academic medicine, rural and private primary care, healthcare information technology, quality improvement, data analytics, corporate training, and higher education. He has served in leadership and technical roles within healthcare organizations and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in healthcare administration, health informatics, research methods, quality improvement, finance, leadership, and English Literature.
