Edward A. Grainger

Edward A. Grainger is the pen name of David Cranmer, who was born and raised in New York, though his heart has been in the Old West since his father introduced him to Gunsmoke at a young age. He is author and creator of the Amazon best-selling Cash Laramie and Gideon Miles series, as well as The Drifter Detective and The Lawyer series, and he's a charter member of the Western Fictioneers.

He is also editor and publisher of BEAT to a PULP webzine and books, and as a freelance writer, his reviews have appeared on the Macmillan sites Criminal Element and Tor.com. But by far his favorite role is that of father.
