Greg Simmons

Greg Simmons was born in Birmingham in 1979. His first book - Rock & Roll Hotels - was published in 2011 by Punk Publishing Ltd. Rock n roll history and a travel guide packed into one, it received favourable reviews from The Guardian, The Sunday Times, Lonely Planet Magazine, and many other publications across the globe.

His second book - The Face Burns Red - was published in November 2012 by Oh the Woe. A dark and sexually twisted novella, it is (loosely) based on Greg's experiences of researching rock n roll hotels in Los Angeles.
