Sushma Joshi

Sushma Joshi is a writer and filmmaker from Kathmandu, Nepal.

Her book of short stories "The End of the World" was long-listed for the Frank O'Connor International Short Story Award in 2009. Her novel is forthcoming.

Her book of poetry "Garden Poems" is available in Kindle Japan.

She received a BA from Brown University, and an MA in English Literature from Middlebury College. She has also made short documentaries and films.
