L. A. Shute

Mr. Shute was born in the Midwest and grew up primarily in the Chicago suburb of Park Ridge, Illinois.

A varied background that combines a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA degree from Northern Illinois University and 35 years of hands-on business experience in technical sales/marketing, and management plus military service and many years of boy scouting, colors his writing.

Mr. Shute currently resides in Reston, Virginia with his wife, Lynn, and dog Duncan. His three grown children are scattered along the East Coast. His two closest grandchildren occupy a lot of his time and interest.
