Andre R. Frattino

Born and raised in the wilds of north Florida, Andre has spent his entire life spinning stories

of one shape or another. After completing his bachelor’s degree in Sequential Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Andre returned to his home state where he earned his master’s in Art Education at the University of Florida. During his graduate studies, he worked as a staff cartoonist for The Independent Florida Alligator, on the popular “Son of a Gator” comic strip, a comic of his own creation. A self-appointed history buff, art educator, paranormal enthusiast and lover of historical fiction and non-fiction, Andre is a proponent of using the graphic novel form to share history to inspire the next generation. Andre currently resides in Savannah, Georgia, with his wife, Kathleen, two fur babies, and a dozen koi fish.

To date, Andre is the author/artist of four graphic novels: The Reaper of St George Street, Lost Souls of Savannah, The Vampirate of Matanzas Inlet and A Land Remembered: A Graphic Novel.
