Sharon Lester

Sharon Lester grew up with a love of reading and children's books, particularly Joan Walsh Anglund books (A Friend is Someone Who Likes You, What Color is Love). The inspiration for this particular book was her youngest son who for many years was a whirling dervish of movement and activity combined with, often, an innocent but hilarious misinterpretation of instructions and direction. Her son is now delighted with the book that he deems "his own" and we hope that the reader will find their own "boy who won't sit still" in this book.
