Diego Fonseca

Diego Fonseca is the author and editor of several books on narrative journalism, including Amado Líder (HarperCollins), Perdimos (Planeta), Crecer a golpes (Penguin), Voyeur (Carena), Sam no es mi tío (Alfaguara), Hamsters (Libros del KO), Hacer la América (Tusquets) y Tiembla (Almadía). His also the author of the novel La vigilia and the short-story collections El azar y los héroes, El último comunista de Miami and South Beach.

He is a journalism maestro at Fundación Gabo (former FNPI, created by Nobel Gabriel García Márquez) and a guest essayist at The New York Times. He publishes in a number of international media, such as El País, eldiario.es, El Confidencial; Gatopardo, Letras Libres.

He was born in Argentina in 1970. He lives between the US and Spain.
