David Hall

David Hall’s photographs have appeared in hundreds of books, magazines, calendars and other print media. His photography has earned many honors, among them two first place awards in the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year, a first place in the Sierra competition and first place in the Nature’s Best competition. He has written for photographic, scientific, natural history and dive publications, and is the co-author of ten marine life books for children in Scholastic's Undersea Encounters series. In 2010 he was the recipient of an award from the International Institute for Species Exploration, for co-authoring the scientific description of Histiophryne psychedelica, the amazing “psychedelic frogfish.”
