John M. Robertson

John M. Robertson, PhD, is a psychologist whose career includes both clinical practice and academic research. Clinically, he works with authoritarian men--often described as workplace bullies, sexual harassers, partner abusers, and true believers of various types. For years, he has served these men at a facility that assesses and treats them on an intensive out-patient basis. Academically, he has worked at Kansas State University and the University of Kansas where he has conducted research, taught psychology and research design classes, and provided clinical services to students. He is a Past President of the Society for the Psychological Study of Men and Masculinity, a division of the American Psychological Association.
