Michael has conducted positive psychology seminars for college students at Saint Peter's University, St. John’s University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Johnson and Wales, Brevard Community College, Florida International University, Florida Air Academy, Nova Southeastern University, Global Conference Alliance, and Barry University.

Michael has been helping children learn about their future careers with the KAPOW (Kids And The Power Of Work) in Miami Florida since 2006. His Children's storybook and companion coloring book provides an adorable story for young children. His most recent children's book "Pandemic Strikes Home" has reached children all over the world and is in circulation in the Fort Myers Florida Library System (the children's book along with Mindsense is in circulation in 14 Libraries in Florida). Many teachers use his children’s book stories and lesson plans to help students become knowledgeable about positive psychology and entrepreneurship. His co-authors on his Happy Go Lucky children's book series are his daughters Janet and Lauren.

Mike created a Coalition of Children's Book Authors, and he has authors from all around the world sending children's books to the Tanzania, East Africa, Orphans. Proceeds from his books go directly to helping the orphans in Tanzania through literary development. Mike conducts research in this area to help the orphans become more literate and motivated to learn.
