Samir Dash

Samir Dash is a UX architect, design leader, and researcher with over two decades of experience designing digital experiences across enterprise technology, telecom, healthcare, and hybrid cloud. His career spans Accenture, Cisco, Red Hat, IBM, Samsung, Xerox, and Dell.

His work explores human–AI collaboration, explainable interfaces, and AI-assisted design workflows, with a focus on helping people understand, guide, and trust intelligent systems. He has conducted talks and workshops at institutions including IIT Kanpur, connecting design thinking with practical applications of AI. His research received a Distinguished Paper Award at I-4AM 2026, organized by the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.

Samir holds a master’s degree in English Literature and an MBA in Systems and Marketing. He is also a Certified Product ManagerŪ and Six Sigma Black Belt. His writing brings together design practice, research, and a longstanding interest in how people make sense of technology.
