ANDREW McNESS is the author of "A Close Look at ‘A View to a Kill’" and "The Shark is Always There: Navigating 'Jaws: The Revenge'". He has written numerous essays on franchise films, has contributed to 2020’s "Nobody Does It Better: The Complete, Uncensored, Unauthorized Oral History of James Bond", manages the site "Alan J. Pakula: A Cinema of Anxiety", and has participated in roundtable discussions for The Digital Bits. He lives in Melbourne, Australia.
