Laney Lyons

Laney Lyons, began her work in the estate planning industry in 1996. After growing into several roles at the law firm she worked in, Laney had the opportunity to manage an estate planning law firm for 13 years generating $1 Million plus in revenue. She then continued to train and coach law firm teams across the country in estate planning processes, hiring and team building, and started two successful businesses. She founded Back Office Drafting, LLC, providing back-office trust drafting services to attorneys since 2009.

In addition, Laney co-authored Don't Be a Yes Chick and is the co-founder of The Ultimate Smart Solution, LLC teaching team members how to support an entrepreneur.

Her expertise is not only drafting but creating systems and streamlining processes that can help you make your drafting process a seamless, painless part of your practice.

Laney enjoys traveling, volunteering both locally and internationally, ranging from Cambodia, Peru, Ghana to Guatemala. She was also awarded Citizen of the Year by the West Travis County Chamber of Commerce and the Presidential Recognition Award for her work with the homeless and underprivileged children in the Austin area. She is an ambassador with Sparkle and Rise where she leads projects benefitting children in the East Austin area.
