Pete Leibman

PETE LEIBMAN is a speaker and author who helps professional services firms sustain high performance. He delivers keynotes, workshops, and programs for leading consulting firms, law firms, and financial services firms. He has written three books and more than 300 articles on high performance.

Pete previously worked at Heidrick & Struggles (H&S), a premier human capital consulting firm. While at H&S, Pete helped professional services firms identify, recruit, and develop exceptional leaders and build high-performing organizations.

Pete’s career began in the professional sports industry working for the NBA’s Washington Wizards. He was their #1 Salesperson of the Year for three straight seasons.

Pete graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The Johns Hopkins University.

Pete lives in Arlington, VA, which has been recognized as “America’s Fittest City.” He has competed in the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships and is also the Founder of Arlington Sports Conditioning, a top-rated group fitness program that has helped thousands of local residents build stronger habits.
