Bruce Nelson
Bruce is a highly respected expert in constraints management, systems analysis, and systems thinking applications. He is a certified Jonah, Jonah's Jonah, Academic Jonah, and Board Certified by the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) in the TOC Thinking Processes, TOC Operations Management and TOC Project Management.
Bruce is a pioneer and advocate in the development and advancement of the combined methods of Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean, and Six Sigma (TLS). Bruce has developed some new and innovative thinking tools focused on implementing TLS. He has over 30 years combined experience as an educator, executive and consultant working with several Fortune 500 companies, and several international organizations. Bruce earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Allied Health from Weber State University. Bruce is also trained in Lean Six Sigma concepts and methodologies.
