Stephen Hiles

Stephen Hiles is an educator, author, speaker, and former U.S. Army instructor who has spent two decades helping teachers build successful classrooms. After serving 20 years in the military and another 20 years in public education, he now creates practical resources that help educators grow in confidence, classroom management, instructional effectiveness, and professional success.

Stephen is the creator of the Teacher Success System and the Early Career Teacher Success Initiative (ECTSI), a professional learning framework designed to support new educators during their most challenging years in the classroom.

Through his books, podcast, YouTube channel, and online resources, Stephen shares practical strategies that teachers can implement immediately.

He lives in Tennessee with his wife and continues to encourage educators around the world through his writing and training.
