Tim McIntosh

Tim is the director of General Studies at the Evangelical University of Lima. He also teaches in the Leadership Department of ProMETA, a Master’s level program in Spanish with students throughout Latin America and Europe and at the Evangelical Seminary of Lima. He has lived and worked in Peru for 28 years. For 11 of those years he led a local team and for six others was the regional director of a mission that worked in nine Latin American countries.

He holds degrees from Marquette University (BA in Journalism), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Master’s of Divinity) and Regent University (Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership). He is an adjunct professor at Trinity Western University in Vancouver, British Colombia and Gran Canyon University in Phoenix, Az. He has published three articles on servant leadership in Latin America. He is co-founder of LinC Research and is currently writing a manual for Latin American pastors.
