Warren S. Wepman

Warren Wepman is a graduate of the Kushi Institute leadership training program. He is a certified cooking teacher and member of the Kushi Institute Macrobiotic Educators’ Association (MEA). He served as advisor to the chefs of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on the occasion of the gala given in honor of Michio and Aveline Kushi by the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC.

Warren holds a BA from the University of Michigan, and a law degree, (Juris Doctor with Distinction), from the University of Michigan Law School. He practiced law in Miami, FL over 40 years.

Warren operated a certified organic farm and a macrobiotic Bed and Breakfast in Barnardsville, NC for much of the 1990’s. He has practiced the macrobiotic lifestyle over 35 years and currently teaches macrobiotic cooking, and lecture and counsel on the macrobiotic lifestyle.

The cookbook, “A Man in the Kitchen,” was written by Warren. It is designed for both men and women, but especially for men to easily prepare the healthy recipes. See wepman.com for more information.
