Mark Zarr

Mark Zarr has a Master’s in Business Administration from Liberty University and a BA in Organizational Communication and Structure from Montana State University.

Mark is the owner and founder of Common Sense Development, which specializes in creating and offering small business leadership development tools and educational resources. In conjunction with Common Sense Development, he also owns Rent Your MBA, a consulting firm designed to construct and implement small business solutions, marketing, growth strategies, small business rescue, and employee development programs. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the business department at the College of Western Idaho

Mark has been a leader in developing and training people for over 10 years. He has created sales and leadership training programs for a variety of companies and franchises. His career also includes helping his family's regional franchise expand from one location to 12 locations throughout five states in just over four years.
