Timothy Martin

Timothy Martin was born in Michigan, and has lived in Kansas and Chicago, as well as Michigan. He currently resides in Ann Arbor with his wife. A graduate of both the University of Kansas and the University of Michigan, his poetry has been published widely in literary and academic journals, and he is the recipient of multiple awards for his work. His first book, Stealing Hymnals from the Choir, was awarded the 2010 Poetry Book Prize by FutureCycle Press. His 2018 chapbook, Drowning at the Pool Party for Lifeguards, was published by Prolific Press. His 2022 chapbook, Tesserae, was published by Orchard Street Press.
