Benoit Mahe

Benoit Mahé is the leading global author on Retail Coaching. Born in Vannes, France, in 1970, he discovered the world of commerce at 16, selling flowers in his hometown market. His passion for retail led him, at 24, to run 13 Kodak Express stores in Chile, later overseeing a network of 8,500 stores across Europe. After a career transformation in 2008, he became a certified coach and NLP Master Practitioner, and in 2009 co-founded CapKelenn with Viviane Huido, launching the Retail Coaching method. An MCC-certified coach with the ICF, he has led over 3,000 individual coaching sessions and delivered more than 300 conferences in English, French, and Spanish, including a TEDx talk. He is the author of two books, published in over 80 countries. Benoit is also a marathon runner.
