Jeff Noonan

Jeff Noonan is a Montana native who retired as the president of a nationwide corporation. He is married with four children and ten grandchildren.

As a young man, Jeff worked as a laborer for farms, ranches, lumber mills and a railroad. He then served in both the Army and the Navy. He began his Navy career on the deck force of a destroyer and retired after twenty years as a Combat Systems Officer in Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.

After leaving the Navy, Jeff worked his way up from an entry-level technical position to become the Executive Vice-President of an engineering corporation with offices worldwide. Then he took over a troubled North Carolina company and turned it into a solvent corporation with over 250 employees. In recognition of this effort, a U.S. Congressional Committee officially awarded him the 1999 North Carolina Businessman of the Year plaque in a Washington D.C. ceremony.

Jeff retired shortly thereafter and moved the family back to his Montana hometown where he was soon elected President of the local community council. He also served as the President of the county Chamber of Commerce. It was during these years that he decided to try his hand at writing. That effort continues today.

After a blissful decade in Montana, Jeff’s wife of almost 40 years passed away. It wasn’t long after that time that he decided that he had shoveled enough snow. He sold his property and relocated to Laughlin, Nevada where he still lives.

A few years later, he met his present wife, a beautiful Native American lady named Rebecca. She is also a Montana native who had worked her way up to become an Executive Assistant in a Canadian industry. They were married on a little island in Lake Mohave, Nevada. They are now happily retired and looking forward to their next great adventure.
