Tony Higo

Tony Higo is a martial artist, author and teacher who's innovative concepts and ideas keep him in popular demand as a teacher and speaker. Founder of the AEGIS martial arts system, a character ethic martial arts system based in England and France, Tony has created several unique concepts to promote the positive benefits of martial arts training for young and old alike.

Author of several books; Superkick, Warrior Wisdom and Game Plan, Tony's ideas are often challenging to the traditional martial arts status quo, he works to make his system both functional and effective. Tony has created a number of physical and online courses to expand his philosophy and teaching ideas.

He has developed the concept of combat laws, those constants which always apply both in warfare and peacetime along with his groundbreaking book - Game Plan - which breaks down strategy into 25 individual stratetgems which comprise all strategies from Alexander to Sun Tzu.

Tony states that 'most martial arts systems are not self defence systems, but traditions. The practice of a history or how things were done in the past. They are no longer applicable as practical martial arts.'
