Rod Butterworth

Dr. Rod Butterworth is an English/American author and minister of the Gospel. He was born and raised in England and immigrated to America with his wife, Joanna, in 1963. Prior to this he served for two years in the British Royal Air Force. Now an American citizen for over 40 years, Rod and his first wife (Joanna is now deceased) have ministered the Gospel in England, the New England States, New York, New Jersey, Missouri, and have been participants in evangelistic outreach to Albania, England, Cyprus, Greece, China, and Mexico.

Dr. Butterworth has an earned master’s degree in education and a master’s and doctorate in Biblical Studies. He was Founder (under God) and President of Creation Ministries of the Ozarks and Creation Experience Museum in Branson, Missouri, which receives thousands of visitors each year. After retiring from daily work at the museum, Rod now spends his his time writing, praying, and speaking.

Rod has four grown children, eight grandchildren, and has lived in Springfield, Missouri area for over 40 years. Five years after the home-going of his wife of over 40 years, God has blessed him with another wonderful Christian companion, Linda. Rod and Linda now live in Ozark, Missouri.
