Bridget Grenville-Cleave

Bridget Grenville-Cleave (MSc MAPP) is one of the first qualified positive psychologists to practise in Europe, and a founder member of both the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and the International Positive Psychology Association. Bridget regularly runs open Positive Psychology Masterclasses which provide a balance of empirical research and practical tools for personal and professional development. As a positive psychology consultant, trainer and lecturer she focuses on enabling individuals and teams of professionals to flourish. She is a visiting lecturer on the International MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (iMAPP) at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, an accredited trained of the award-winning Bounce Back! resilience and well-being programme in schools and an international speaker on happiness, well-being and resilience. Bridget runs well-being programmes for both public and private sector, supporting staff to increase their well-being, and develops positive psychology teaching materials for use in schools and universities.

Since 2007 she has written a monthly column on applying positive psychology for the world's first online positive psychology journal, Positive Psychology News.
