George McNally

George McNally was born in London in 1954 and spent much of his early life living on fire stations due to his father's career. In his mid-twenties, he followed in his father's footsteps and joined the London Fire Brigade and served within it for the next 20 years. He has travelled extensively across the globe, spending extended periods in the U.S., India, Egypt (following up on his interest in Egyptology) and particularly China. During the 1990's, he spent some time studying various forms of psychology both formally and informally. This eventually developed into an interest in hypnosis, its history and development, but also its practical application. 'Entranced:A Tale of Two Vampires' was his first novel. It examines themes such as longevity, hypnosis, trance states and the heightening of awareness - as well as being a good old-fashioned vampire romp. His second novel, 'One in a Billion', is an examination of aspects of the Simulation Hypothesis and its metaphysical and spiritual implications.
