Having graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education from Indiana University I learned early on that communication was one of the most important skills that I could nurture as a teacher. As an instructor and Senior Tactical Officer at the Indiana Military Academy leading officer cadets to their commissions further proved the absolute necessity of communication skills at the highest level. It has always been a personal goal of mine to communicate not only the technical aspects of what I wanted to say but also the intimate feelings I possessed for a particular subject.
I was born and raised in the small town of Mitchell, Indiana but have spent considerable time abroad and have benefited from associations with many different people. After receiving my discharge from the military, I spent nearly thirty years teaching elementary students, which was one of the joys of my life. I am married (Linnie), and have two grown daughters (Michelle and London), which have contributed to thoughts on many occasions that led to my writing. I also have seven granddogs that contribute to my thought processes on a daily basis. I enjoy writing about nature and romance.
