Nicole C. Lee, Esq. is a nationally-recognized diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist and leadership coach. Nicole’s extensive knowledge and on-the-ground experience empowers parents, teachers and caregivers to dive deep in self reflection while taking action to create institutional change.

Nicole is also the founder of Nicole Lee Consulting, a Black woman owned consulting firm that focuses its services primarily in two areas: workplace equity and leadership. Nicole’s excellence is known across both the public and private sector. She has earned the accolades of Congressional Black Caucus and such distinctions as Vital Voices’ “Global Leadership Award,” Running Start’s “Women to Watch,” Black Women’s Roundtable “Trailblazer,” and the National Newspapers Publishers Association Press Champion Award.

As both an attorney and an intuitive coach, Nicole contributes to movements in the U.S. and abroad through human rights documentation, coaching, and holding space in difficult situations. One of her proudest moments was working alongside civil rights icon Bill Lucy, the architect of the historic Memphis sanitation strike for the national commemoration of the life of his good friend Nelson Mandela.
