Diane Sanfilippo BS NC

Diane Sanfilippo is the owner and founder of Balanced Bites, a certified Nutrition Consultant, and two-time "New York Times" bestselling author of "Practical Paleo," "The 21-Day Sugar Detox" series, and co-author of "Mediterranean Paleo Cooking." In January, 2019, Diane released her newest title, "Keto Quick Start," her comprehensive guide for beginners interested in eating a whole-foods based ketogenic diet.

Diane holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and is certified in holistic nutrition from Bauman College, holistic lifestyle coaching from the CHEK Institute, and Poliquin BioSignature Modulation. She is the co-creator of the Balanced Bites Master Class and was co-host of the long-running, award-winning podcast, "The Balanced Bites Podcast." Her newest podcast is called "Full Plate," which she co-hosts with fellow nutritionist Abbie Attwood - find it where ever you listen to podcasts.

Diane lives in San Francisco with her husband, Scott, and two fur kids.
