Donna Robole

Donna Robole is the Director of Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin River Falls. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Platteville, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, and a certification as a Senior Professional in HR Management (SPHR). Robole has more than 20 years of HR experience within higher education and state government. She is a member of the National Higher Education Recruitment Consortium Board, the Upper Midwest Higher Education Recruitment Consortium Board and the Society for Human Resource Management.
