Lauren McLaughlin

Lauren McLaughlin is a retired Unity minister and the author of five books that reflect her love of storytelling, spiritual growth, and helping others live with greater trust and joy. Her novels, Life Doesn’t Have to Be So Hard and Don’t Rush, weave meaningful spiritual ideas into engaging stories. She is also the author of The Handbook of Spiritual Tools; Deepening Gratitude: A Different Kind of Gratitude Journal; and the children’s book Meet Your Very Own Grandmother Angel. Lauren enjoys reading, writing, compassionate listening, and sharing her insights as a podcast guest. She makes her home in an independent living community in beautiful Palm Harbor, Florida, where she continues to write, connect with others, and enjoy life.
