T. M. Wolf

Tom “T. M.” Wolf is a writer, sound artist, and attorney. His debut novel, SOUND, was recently published in the United States (Farrar, Straus and Giroux/Faber and Faber, Inc.), the UK (Faber & Faber), and Germany (Berlin Verlag). French, Italian, and Bosnian editions are also currently in the works. Sound has been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian, BBC Radio 4, Rolling Stone (Germany), RapGenius, and PoetryGenius.

Tom was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. Prior to releasing SOUND, Tom worked as a freelance music journalist, writing primarily about hip-hop and soul. His reviews, essays, and short fiction have appeared in such outlets as The Wire, Bullett, PopMatters, Okayplayer, Stylus, The Stanford Technology Law Review, and Undercover: A Mixtape Magazine.
