Ruth Watson-Morris

Ruth Watson-Morris is a British author and illustrator whose work bridges worlds of dark fantasy, romance, and the supernatural.

Her Empathica series explores reincarnation, eternal love, and the power of the human soul to overcome darkness. Known for her richly visual storytelling and deeply emotional characters, Ruth creates universes where light and shadow are forever intertwined.

BELIEF

The story of a young college teacher who wakes up as they are about to give her a post mortem. Belief discovers she is a reaper who collects the souls of the dead.

EMBER is book 2 in The Reaper short-stories.

A young reaper wishes to cross over the Veil, to do so she must first identify her otherworldly murderer. Belief and her reaper brother are sent to the earthly veil to try and discover Ember's killer, along with the help of a werewolf and his human wife, plus a sleaky vampire reaper, can they find what Ember needs to finally cross over.
