Sue Lauber-Fleming

Patrick Fleming, MDiv, LCSW, CSAT is a psychotherapist practicing in St. Louis, MO. He also has a Master of Divinity degree and years of pastoral experience as a hospital chaplain and spiritual coach. His work has focused on integrating spirituality into psychological counseling with both sexual addicts and survivors of childhood abuse and trauma. In recent years, this has included treatment of clerical sexual offenders and abusers. Pat and Sue are co-founders of Double Rainbow Counseling, Coaching, and Consulting dedicated to integrating healthy spirituality into the psychological healing processes of counseling and recovery.

Sue Lauber-Fleming, RN, MA, LCSW is a psychotherapist and personal coach in St. Louis, MO. She is also a psychiatric nurse, and has had extensive pastoral experience as a hospital chaplain and chaplain supervisor. She has been a consultant to several religious organizations in the St. Louis region. In her counseling work, Sue has centered on the psychological and spiritual healing process of women survivors of abuse of all kinds, especially those who are victims of clerical sexual abuse. She has shared her own story of emotional and spiritual healing from childhood, clerical sexual abuse in her books.

Vicki Schmidt lives in Springfield, IL. She considers working with St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta from 1981-1995 to be a great highlight of her life. She has been involved with ministry with the poor most of her life. She has served as Executive Director of Theresians International since 2000. Vicki was a contributing author to Broken Trust: Stories of Pain, Hope, and Healing from Clerical Abuse Survivors and Abusers by Patrick and Sue-Lauber Fleming, Crossroads, 2007. Vicki co-authored a second book with the Flemings entitled Shattered Soul? Five Pathways to Healing the Spirit from Abuse and Trauma, Wordstream Publishing, 2011.
