Adam Dorr

Adam Dorr is the Director of Research at the independent think tank RethinkX. His team’s work has had a substantial impact on global policymaking, investment, and public understanding around new technologies in the energy, transportation, food, and labor sectors. He is an environmental social scientist and technology theorist whose publications have focused on understanding the dynamics of the energy, transportation, and food disruptions and their implications for climate change. Adam is a passionate advocate for progress and data-driven optimism, and regularly presents on stage, radio, podcasts, and television. He completed his MS at the University of Michigan’s School for the Environment and Sustainability and his PhD at UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs.
