Dianne Lowther

I was born and grew up in North Yorkshire and after many years of moving around I've settled in Warwickshire. I've always been fascinated by people and personality. I always wanted to understand what motivates people to behave the way they do and how to get the best out people at work. This fascination lead me first to a Degree in Psychology, then to training in a variety of psychometric tests and personality profiles and eventually to NLP.

I started learning NLP in 1992 and by 1996 I'd qualified as a Practitioner, Master Practitioner and then Trainer of NLP, enabling me to start teaching NLP to others. Later on, I also qualified as a Master Trainer of NLP.

I started my business, Brilliant Minds, in 1997 and I've always been focused on bringing practical applications of NLP to the workplace. I've worked with a huge variety of clients, from big banks to public services and from High Street names to obscure manufacturers.

When I'm not working I love to read novels; I go to the theatre a lot, especially the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford where I sponsored a seat and I'm also an enthusiastic ballroom dancer.
