Gregory Quinlivan

Greg Quinlivan is an Australian with a Master of Applied Linguistics, a Graduate Certificate in Second Language Teaching, and degrees in Education and Music (with majors in harpsichord and organ performance).

He currently lives in Taiwan, and he is both a father and grandfather. He has taught students of all ages in Australia, Brunei, China, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.

He enjoys reading (on Kindle), film and theatre, performing and listening to music, spending time with family and friends, travel, meditation & studying the original teachings of the Buddha, and taking energetic walks.

His most recent journey was a yatra (pilgrimage) to northern India to explore the major sites in the life of the Buddha. A highlight was sitting under the Bodhi tree in Bodhgaya at the spot Gotama reached enlightenment.
