Dr. Elsa-Sofia Morote is a higher education executive, innovative professor, international scholar she who has trained K-12, health care, and higher education, and public services leaders. Have published 50+ articles in refereed journals, 6 books, mentored 200 dissertations, and received 20+ awards and honors, such as best mentor, best research papers, community advocate. She did Postdoctoral work at MIT. She holds two Master's Degrees – and two doctoral degrees. a Doctor of Education Ed.D (concentration in Higher Education Administration, University of Pittsburgh, 2001) and a Ph.D. International Management. Her publications cover areas such as Multicultural Education, Happiness in Life, Entrepreneurship, and Economics of Education.
