James Rowe

James Rowe has been many things throughout his life up to and including: a student and practitioner of various martial arts forms, a starving artist, an amateur musician, a programmer and now an author. When he was a starving artist he 'leveled up' in the starving department frequently.

James currently works as a web developer in Cleveland, Ohio.

Some of the interesting details in his life are:

1. James has a very mixed heritage: including Native American, French, Arabic and Vietnamese. There is literally another part of him which is European mutt. So on the old school questionnaires about race he used to just write down "yes".

2. James is an insomniac.

He's actually said the following in quite seriousness:

"All I know about being tough I learned from watching Bruce Willis movies."

"If I were a fictional captain of a starship, I'd be Malcolm Reynolds, or James T. Kirk."

"On one hand we could fight about this, but on the other hand... on the other hand I have more fingers so I guess we'll be okay."

"I'm like an idiot savant, most days: more idiot than savant."

James is currently living in Akron, Ohio and no... it is not a suburb of Cleveland.
