Alice Frank

Alice Frank was born in Solva, Pembrokeshire, during the years of the Second World War after her family was evacuated there from London. The family moved to Dartmoor, and when Alice left home she embarked on a career in nursing, training in London and working at St Thomas’ Hospital in Stockport, Cheshire, now her home county. She developed an interest in writing some years ago, composing a number of short pieces. A Bowdon Romance is her second book and first novel.
