Rusty Allred

Rusty Allred holds a PhD in electrical engineering, from Brigham Young University, and has practiced that craft successfully for over a quarter century, resulting in 26 issued US patents and numerous publications. He also holds a Master of Engineering degree in technical Japanese from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and speaks, reads, and writes Japanese fluently.
